Noark is a company that manufactures electrical components for factories world-wide. They had one major challenge - balancing technical accuracy for engineers across North America while ensuring intuitive navigation for sales teams. They needed strong guides to apply across all sales collateral across the US, Europe, and China.

By refining content and visuals, I enhanced readability, strengthened brand cohesion, and created a clear, sophisticated guide that bridged communication between both groups—boosting comprehension and trust in Noark’s expertise. I worked on this project with the Director of Marketing and a team of translators.
